How this works
How does payment work?
Pick a tier, pay the one-time setup fee plus your first month through our secure Stripe checkout, and your campaign is queued the moment payment clears. Plans are billed monthly after that and you can cancel anytime.
What's the BETA pricing?
All plans are 25% off the recurring monthly price for your first 3 months while we're in beta — the price shown is exactly what you're billed. After month 3, billing steps up to the regular monthly rate automatically; no action needed, and we'll never surprise you — it's stated up front here and in your confirmation email.
What happens right after I pay?
We lock in the exact geofence you cast — center point and radius — as your targeted area. You'll get an instant confirmation with a clearly labeled planning projection. Scheduled reports with partner-confirmed reach, hits, clicks, and modeled conversions begin when DSP delivery starts.
Can I change my net after launch?
Yes. Resize or move the net any time from your dashboard — pricing updates live, and the next billing cycle reflects the change.
Is the reach number a guarantee?
Reach shown while you build your net is a planning estimate from local density data, not a bill of sale — the price is fixed by plan. Final delivered numbers are confirmed in your first results email once the campaign is live.
How is campaign activity tracked?
DSP partners combine aggregated device GPS, WiFi, ad-pixel, and delivery data. CastNet reports totals and modeled outcomes; it does not expose an individual person's identity or movement history.
Which attribution model is used?
Last-click is the default. City Block and Market Leader can add multi-touch and view-through reporting; Market Leader supports a selectable 7–30 day view-through window. The dashboard labels projections separately from partner-confirmed delivery.
