What we collect

• Contact details you submit — name, business name, and email
• The geofence you cast — a center point and radius, not a precise home/device location
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe; CastNet never sees or stores card numbers
• Basic product-analytics events (e.g. net cast, template applied) via Vercel Analytics

How we use it

To process payment, run your targeted campaign, and send the confirmation and results emails described at checkout. We don't sell your contact information.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Stripe. Campaign report emails are sent via Resend. Both process data under their own privacy policies as our processors. When a campaign begins delivery, approved DSP and location-data partners may process eligible GPS, WiFi, pixel, and ad-delivery signals and return aggregated campaign reporting.

Campaign reporting

Customer reports contain aggregated campaign activity. CastNet does not provide customers with an individual person's identity or movement history. Planning estimates remain labeled until partner-confirmed delivery data is available.

Your choices

Reply to any CastNet email to ask us to update or delete your contact information, or to opt out of SMS if you previously consented.
